TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – “THE AGREEMENT”

 

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions ("the Conditions") under which Billiards 147, located at Pilot Free Trade Zone(Jinshui), Zhengzhou City, China ("Us"/"We"/"Our"), engages with you ("You"/"Your"/"Yourself") as a consumer, not acting within a business capacity, for the sale and supply of snooker and pool equipment, apparel, and accessories ("Goods") as per these Conditions. Acceptance of orders by Us is conditional upon these Conditions:

 

  1. Ordering

 

1.1 Orders can be placed through Our website.

 

1.2 Acceptance of your order is contingent upon Our processing of Your payment and the availability of stock (custom orders are charged upon manufacturer order placement). An acknowledgment of Your order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or require further information for any order before acceptance.

 

1.3 Out-of-stock items will be communicated, with alternatives offered or the option to cancel.

 

  1. Payment and Pricing

 

2.1 Prices are in USD, covering delivery within China unless stated otherwise.

 

2.2 Payment is due at order placement, via major credit and debit cards. Goods are dispatched upon fund clearance.

 

2.3 Prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for international or bulky orders, confirmed upon order acceptance.

 

2.4 We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

 

  1. Ownership

 

Ownership transfers to You only after full payment receipt and delivery of Goods.

 

  1. Delivery

 

4.1 Deliveries within mainland China are expected within 7 business days, excluding remote areas.

 

4.2 Additional charges apply for international deliveries, detailed on Our website. You bear any import duties/taxes.

 

4.3 Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We'll inform You of any significant delays.

 

  1. Cancellations and Returns

 

5.1 Orders may be canceled within 7 days of Goods receipt. Notify Us via email at billiards147@outlook.com to initiate a return.

 

5.2 Refunds include delivery costs for incorrect or faulty Goods only. Returns should include order details and reason for return.

 

  1. Liability

 

We aim to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Our Goods. However, to the extent permitted by law, We exclude liability for inaccuracies or differences in product specifications.

 

  1. Governing Law

 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of China, with Zhengzhou courts having jurisdiction over disputes.
